Dr. Jennifer Bernstein is a board-certified podiatrist with Weil Foot & Ankle Institute. Dr. Jennifer Bernstein grew up in the west suburbs of Chicago, where she was a competitive figure skater with the International Skating Corporation and a member of the DuPage Figure Skating Club. Over time, she suffered injuries that led her to pursue other goals. Dr. Bernstein attended the University of Illinois at Chicago, where she obtained her undergraduate degree in kinesiology, determining that podiatry could be a great way to connect to the figure skating world through the treatment of injured athletes.
