About Dr. Pick-Jacobs Dr. Pick-Jacobs is primary care sports medicine physician dually board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine (ABFM) and American College of Osteopathic Family Physicians (ACOFP) with certification in Sports Medicine by the American Medical Society of Sports Medicine (AMSSM). Growing up in Wisconsin, I share a love for southeastern Wisconsin athletics and enjoying the outdoors. My wife and I enjoy running, biking, and spending time in the north woods fishing. I attended undergraduate studies at the University of Wisconsin-Madison was a Badger rowing team member.
